Happy Valentine’s Day, friendlies! I hope today is filled with all the love and chocolate truffles.
I’m not here to tell you what to make or eat today, though. No, I already gave you a strong suggestion yesterday in the form of ice cream, and earlier this week in the form of doughnuts. Today I’m here to tell you about something else.
Something involving lots of tasty tastiness.
Something that has to do with bread.
And maybe some sugar (but also salt, for my savory-loving folks).
And lots of fun and easy baking.
Gosh, the suspense is almost TOO MUCH. It makes me want another doughnut.
OK, OK. I’ll tell you. I’m writing an eCookbook! (insert excited-face-slash-heart-palpitation emojis here) And it’s going to be all about two of my fave things (and hopefully yours, too): Quick breads and muffins. And also some scones and biscuits and coffee cakes because why not.
It’ll be a smorgasbord of baked goodness. A plethora of yummy treats. A cornucopia of fancy sweet and savory carbs that say, “Hey, I love you.” Because that’s what carbs do.
And because today and this book are all about the love, I would love it if you could help me out with putting it together. I’ve created a Girl Versus Dough eCookbook Team on Facebook that you can join to give your input and advice with recipes, ingredients and design elements and basically get an insider’s backstage pass to the crazy adventure known as me creating my first-ever cookbook/ebook. I share the love, you share the love, together we create one lovely cookbook together. What say you? (PLEASE SAY YES.)
All you have to do is search for “Girl Versus Dough eCookbook Team” on Facebook and request an invite (or click here to be directed there), or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then I’ll add you and we’ll have happy fun baking times together!
P.S. There may or may not be some sweet bonuses to being part of the group, hint hint (besides getting to hang out more, that is).
See you there!
