Parker House Rolls and KitchenAid 11-Cup Food Processor {Giveaway} | girlversusdough.com @stephmwise

(This giveaway is closed.)

Rolls, rolls, rolls! And no, I’m not talking about what happens to my body when I eat too many rolls. Um, awkward.

I’m just saying it’s been a bit of a bread roll party around here, and if that’s OK with you, it’s OK with me. Because when the fluffiest and softest and cuddliest — er, most delicious of Parker House rolls are invited, it’s the best kind of roll party. Whatever that is. Right.

ANYWHO. Let’s talk about (dinner) rolls!

If you’ve never made a Parker House roll from scratch before, now is the time. And if you’ve never eaten a Parker House roll before, the situation is even more dire — because you must. You must try them. They are the epitome of dinner roll goodness. When you think of the perfect dinner roll — all warm and soft and fluffy on the inside with a slight crust and crunch on the outside — you are most definitely envisioning a Parker House roll. You just might not know it. And guess what? They’re the easiest things ever to bake right at home, too. So that’s a win-win-win right there (extra win for the eating part, obviously).

And in case you still need some coaxing into the kitchen, I’m sharing some handy tips and tricks for best-ever bread baking on the KitchenAid blog, The Kitchenthusiast, today along with the recipe for these pull-apart Parker House rolls, which are made with 1) flour and yeast (yes, yeast. Do not fear!), 2) a KitchenAid 11-Cup Food Processor, which kneads like a champ (who knew??) and 3) love. And I’m also giving away one of these things right here, right now!

If you guessed the food processor, you are correct. And OK, I’m giving away some love, too. In the form of a food processor.

KitchenAid 11-Cup Food Processor {Giveaway} | girlversusdough.com @stephmwise

Thanks to the generous peeps at KitchenAid, one lucky reader will win an 11-Cup Food Processor with ExactSlice System in Contour Silver. This slick countertop appliance has two work bowls, an adjustable slicer (so you can slice thick or thin, depending on your needs) and a 3-in-1 feed tube. I have one and I love it for anything from slicing potatoes for potato chips to making quick sauces to kneading dough. And if you win, I know you’ll love it, too.

To enter, leave a comment below answering the question: What are your Valentine’s Day plans?

And that’s it! Giveaway ends at 11:59 p.m. CST Feb. 15 and is open to U.S. residents 18 years and older only. Good luck!

UPDATE: Molly is our winner. Thanks for playing, everyone!

P.S. Thank you so much for your sweet notes on my post earlier this week. I can’t even. I just. Love. All of you.

Disclosure: I received a KitchenAid food processor for recipe development purposes only. All opinions are my own.
