easter brunch with bisquick — easter rainbow pancakes
It’s the final countdown, ladies and gentlefolk — have you figured out your food-related Easter plans? In case brunch is still a work in progress, mayhaps you’ll consider making these pancakes of the rainbow and Easter-shaped variety. Bunnies and flowers and all the colors of the rainbow = win win WIN.
I don’t want to give too much away, but these babies are delicious, easy to make and super fun to have on your breakfast table — though they probably won’t stay there too long. Word on the street is the eyes are drawn to the colors, the nose is drawn to the aroma of pancakes and the mouth is drawn to the deliciousness. Plus, if there’s any time to make colorful pancakes shaped like little bunnies, Easter is it. So basically it’s now or never. No pressure.
Grab that yellow box of Bisquick, some food coloring, your favorite Easter cookie cutters and get to making pancakes! Hop on over to Tablespoon for the recipe for Easter rainbow pancakes. And a very happy and blessed Easter to you.
