- 1 block (8 oz) Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped raw walnuts and/or almonds, plus more for topping (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- In large bowl, beat all ingredients until well mixed and mostly smooth. Transfer to serving bowl(s) or resealable jar(s); top with more chopped nuts, if desired. Serve with crackers.
- NOTE: Can be stored sealed in fridge up to 5 days.
