Reuben Dip

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a small baking dish.
  • Mix cream cheese and dressing until smooth.
  • Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut, and half the cheese.
  • Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Rest 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Yield – About 8 servings
