OK but have you ever tried, or even heard of, spoonbread before? I’ve made it a couple of times for the blog, but I have to say this recipe? It’s my fravrit. As evidenced by my declaration above.

I’ve never tried spoonbread before but it looks so creamy and tasty! Love that it’s gluten-free and that it’s not too hard to whip up too – sounds delicious and can’t wait to give it a try! Thanks for sharing Steph!
