Maybe you’re slogging through the summer days, or maybe, like me, you can hardly believe it’s near the end of July already. Like, HOW. WHEN. I feel like this happens to me every year, and yet every time it does I am both surprised and a little sad. I just love summer. BUT — the season is not over yet, so let’s take a moment to celebrate all of its goodness in recipe form while we still can!
My BEST Summer Recipes
Hello hello! I haven’t touched base with you on this ol’ blog for quite a while, and that was not intentional; I’ve just been soaking up the summertime as much as possible with my family and friends. There have been plenty of BBQs, bonfires, lake days, cabin trips and soon, a two-week (!) camping trip with my parents. Life has been so full and rich lately, that I just haven’t had the capacity to come up with new recipes that are worthy of this blog (unless, like, a really good s’more counts?). I’ve also been working hard behind the scenes to get the cookbook ready for you by October (eee!), and doing some client recipe development on the side.
Rest assured, I plan to come back in full swing later this summer/fall (when both kids are in school all day, IYKYK), but for now, I’m just enjoying life offline. I hope you are, too.
